You MUST provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of scheduled services and must be paid before rescheduling.

No Show: Will require a fee up to 100% of scheduled services and fees must be paid before rescheduling.

A late arrival more than 15 minutes passed scheduled appointment time with no notice is considered a No Show & fees will be applied accordingly.
